CS Studio is open to help in all aspects of your project beginning with consulting on your architectural plans to finishes and decor. We will take care of every step once you have agreed the design concept that we have presented to you.
Every project starts with an on-site consultation, where we discuss your needs and wants, budget and any concern that regards the project, once we have your information we are ready to create a scope of work tailored for your project.
The whole process has three phases that will guide you to understand how we execute your project having the best results.
PHASE 1: PROJECT CONSULTATION
We will schedule a phone call to introduce ourselves and to get to know your initial thought about your project. after that we can book our first on site consultation. During this process, we will touch bases determining more in detail your needs and wants, budget, style.
We will also going to take the time to proceed to check the space and site condition measuring, sketching and taking photographs as a part of our support during the design process.
PHASE 2: DESIGN CONCEPT AND BUDGET PRESENTATION
After the consultation, we’ll build a design proposal breaking down the scope of work and hours that the project will require. Once you feel confortable we can move forward and sign up our contract we’ll start working on your project. our first deliverable will be sent to you not longer than 2 weeks with a design concept package, including at least two options with their floor plans, mood boards, and all the documentation needed for the kick-off.
We want to make sure that you are comfortable with the final result, that’s why we will go through revisions until you feel 100% confident with the whole package.
PHASE 3: THE KICK-OFF
Once you have approved the design concept, we are going to proceed to the order placement, construction, painting and all that it is needed to the completion of the project.
Site visits are made to verify in person the project’s quality and progress. And by the end of the process you will have your own space with a new sense of home customized for you.
